Welcome to PoE Toolbox (poexile.tools, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What the Service is
PoE Toolbox is a set of fan-made companion tools for the video game Path of Exile 2 — modifier references, a crafting simulator, cost estimates, build planning and related utilities. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Game data, prices and estimates are approximations and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong; you use them at your own risk.
2. Not affiliated with Grinding Gear Games
PoE Toolbox is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Grinding Gear Games. Path of Exile, Path of Exile 2 and related assets are trademarks or copyrights of Grinding Gear Games, used here under their fan content practices for non-commercial reference purposes.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. You must provide a valid email address and be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.
4. Premium subscriptions
Premium is an optional paid subscription billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle. It renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable — if something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll sort it out.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the Service: no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempts to break authentication or access other users' data, no reselling Premium features, and no using the Service for anything unlawful. We may rate-limit or block traffic that degrades the Service for others.
6. Your content
Builds, saved items and other content you create remain yours. By saving them to the Service you grant us the license needed to store and display them back to you (and to others, if you share a public link). You can delete your saved content or your account at any time.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of crafting estimates or prices, or that the Service will be error-free. In-game decisions (and any currency you spend on them) are yours alone.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoE Toolbox and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $20 if you paid nothing).
9. Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these terms. Material changes to the terms will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept it. We may discontinue features (or the Service) — active Premium subscribers would be refunded pro-rata for time not delivered.
